"ALLIE"
Allie is a sweet, smart, and silly 4 1/2-month-old girl who is ready for her forever family. She is an adorable, fun-loving pup with a big personality who is incredibly gentle and would do great with kids of all ages. Because she is so highly focused and eager to please, she is very quick to learn. She is expected to be a tall, athletic girl around 100 to 110 pounds when full grown at 3 years old. Best of all, she has the excellent, sound structure that is so important for a Swissy to stay healthy, strong, and active as she ages. Allie is truly the perfect match for a loving family companion.
Allie is being raised right inside the heart of our home as part of the family. She is already completely used to daily household routines, indoor sights, and normal home sounds. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and is learning excellent canine manners by being raised along with our diverse canine pack. She is well ahead of the curve with her training, having already started on her core obedience commands like sit, down, stay, come, and heel. She is also mastering her basic everyday manners, such as learning not to jump on people, practicing waiting politely at doorways, and understanding boundaries inside the house.
She is also doing fantastic with her crate training, settling down beautifully and sleeping soundly through the night. She is already mostly accident-free, though like any young puppy, she may still have an occasional slip-up. She receives plenty of daily love, attention, and positive guidance to ensure she grows up with a calm, steady, and adaptable mindset.
To ensure she is ready for real-world adventures, we focus heavily on diverse environmental exposure. Allie is learning to navigate all kinds of outings—from casual strolls through bustling boutique town streets and trips to dog-friendly hardware stores like Lowe's, to relaxing at quiet outdoor music restaurants and patio dining spots. She is also learning to be reliably behaved during off-leash nature walks and fun beach outings. This rich socialization builds a confident, stable girl who can seamlessly fit into any family outing.
Allie gets her great looks, health, and stable temperament from proven, exceptional bloodlines. Her dad, "Moochie" (BIS GCHG Columbines Just Catch Me If You Can CGC), is a Best in Show winner and Grand Champion Silver with multiple group placements. His mom, "Godiva" (CH Blackamber Godiva Cinnamon Blush CGC), is an outstanding, vibrant AKC Champion. Both parents have also earned their AKC Canine Good Citizen certificates, meaning they passed official testing for basic manners, obedience, and a stable, reliable temperament.
Both of her parents are fully health tested, clear, and have received their CHIC certification. This certification from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) means the parents have completed and passed all the strict, breed-specific health screenings required for Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs to help promote the health and longevity of their puppies.
